Sprockets
Description
Sprockets are the main driving gears used to drive the chains in any direction, speed etc. We design/recommend sprockets all to specifications of the chain. The material of the sprockets is carefully selected as per the area of application. Generally, we use cast steel grade 1030 & 2708 as per ISI Standards.Precise machining of teeth is carried out, followed by Flame Hardening of teeth ensuring a longer service life. We manufacture sprockets from pitches 76.2mm up to 300mm and 8 to 24 Teeth.
